First of all......Firmware up to date, then....if you have the same issue, dissasembly the panel, clean touch panel and itīs plane cable contacts, or change control panel.

First Iīll clean imaging units....then try to replace with oem toner and take some sky shot to "wash" the bad toner...if that doesnīt seem to work....then change developer

Sometimes is the gear located at one side of the orange roller.....the correct position of this gear is separated of the roller, not touching the roller side.
If all firmware is up to date.....replace in this order :controller memory....hdd ... system sd card.
