I removed and cleaned the sensor,inspected the drawer and ITB. Preformed INIT. the toners are third party however. There has been no change in the output, I guess the next step will be the sensor.

you voltage is too high and you are pulling developer out of the developer unit. check your door settings and you may have to lower the yellow charge voltage . I hope this helps.

check the sensor right after the lower fuser. It can become unplugged sometimes if yiu are changing the lower . Also chck the spring on the arm itself it can come off.
