Just to clarify
Ricoh 2035 Cannot scan to folder directly, (You have to use scanrouter for that)
Ricoh 2035E can scan to folder (No need for scan router)
2035E can scan to email, 2035 i think so....

but have you checked?

I had situation with the address book caused by the card being in the wrong slot or the lock on the sd card in the wrong position. don't remember exactley, it was abot two...

first check that you have sd card in the correct socket and that the lock on the sd card is in the correct position.
Compare with a good working machine of the same model, or check the service...

That codes means:
C3822: Fusing abnormally low temperature detection (Edge of the heating roller)
If the enviorement is very, very cold in the morning it may cause that.
