So I ended up replacing the BICU...worked for a couple weeks annnnnnnd we are back to the same error. I will be trying to update firmware again and see if that fixes it. Tech support...
just ran into this problem on a 503.Internal prints/copies come out fine but there was a grainy/greyish even background.check the dev bias, sim 8-1 to adjust. hope this helps.
FIXED-UPDATE
So it ended up being the development bias was way off. Used simulation 8-1 to fine tune it. Thanks guys!!
