jusk try changing the trans belt clean and replace the trans belt blade. Should take care f the problem

really did you look in back of the cassette for paper start simple

replace your thermistors

Check the yellow corona to see if it let loose the block in the rear sometimes breaks over time which causes this problem

did you clean the sensors that would be my first step dust will screw things up for detection and if you've tried other sizes and it worked fine try swapping out sensors they should be the same

you need to disassemble there is a motor that turns that could be the issue because toner builds on the gear causing it to bind but disassemble is required to properly repair you must see what gear...

I agree this is bulls.... talk about boring I go to Ricoh they are a better machine in my opinion anyways. I* loved Toshiba until I was trained on ricoh they run so much better and talk about...
