Take out all the toners & IU's close the front cover then fit back each unit in the order displayed on the screen, this did the trick for us.

The black imaging unit is always being driven & has a charge even if only doing single colour. So if the drum is worn you will get black marks / lines.
Those lines are caused by the transfer unit cleaning blade not cleaning the belt fully after the device has run a calibration.

Was this unknown Bizhub a new or used machine ? if it's a used one maybe it has had a the storage board or CPUB replaced in the past.
You may need to update the firmware & the i option file etc...

Does the device come to ready if you fit ALL the original boards back to the machine ? If so try updating the system software, this may resolve the original issue.

Yes lesson learnt. However many other manufacturers you can replace drums with the device on as opening the front cover cuts power etc.
Try the NVRam reset tool this can help.
