Yes, it was the front blade mount was cracked at one end so the blade / knife wasn't returning home level preventing the paper from passing.

Thanks slim, yes we can supply the latest firmware for your MP C3002. You'll just need to copy the fw to an SD card (USB not supported on this model)

If possible have both devices on the network, open up both device webpages then copy / paste the entries from the Lexmark to the Tosh.

Sounds like you need to replace the black imaging unit. However I wouldn't waste money on this old machine.
