I can't say that it's damaged, only when I clean it it looks more shiny. The same problem is with cyan developer unit. Swapped them with one's from another working toshiba and now everything is ok...

Color developer unit problem. Toner and developer adheres to the rear side of mag roller making ~1 cm round bump which contacts with drum and starts making color banding on copies. Any ideas ?

Forgot to plug connector to sensor after cleaning and changing developer and it seems that I managed to brake the wire when pushing dev unit into copier. "Insert Developer Unit" is on display. :(

Can anyone write P/N of harness which connects to Auto Toner sensor in dev unit ?

Problem was in PLG board. After changing PLG also had to change one more TR belt mot board. :-/ Now working more than week with no jam.

Developer is disapearing by little and after about 50K copies I had to refill it. Checked and cleaned all contacts, main charger, checked all gears,reset all counters, etc.. Drum is brand new. More...

Changed LGC board, TR belt motor and controller. Checked all sensors. But nothing helped :(:(:(

When copying from upper drawer everything is fine, but if copying from lower drawer a wave on paper and white vertical line appears on text. Clutch ? Which one ?

Jamesyboy, you were wright, cleaned all rollers and nushings transfer belt unit and now copy is solid. But moire effect is still very intense :/ Any ideas about that ?
