I'm having a debate with some other technicians on whether its better to refill tn216 with tn622 or tn615
Some are saying tn622 is better for the dv unit since tn615 got no developer...

Did you do all adjustments after you replaced dv/drums?
also try to clean your color reg sensors and do all adjustments again , including color registration and gamma adjustments

hello you can try to update firmware and if that doesnt work you can try to check voltage on chip reader connector .

After u power it on xerox green screen stays for 2 sec and then it goes dark or u can still see few lines on screen.

try to clean the color reg and gamma sensors.
Most likely they are dirty and machine cant adjust.
those sensors are located inside the printer in front of transfer belt unit.

you could also try to remove the controller and clean it if you have any compressed air dust cleaner
you can also try to start it w/o the controller installed and check if you still get the code or...
