I have the Kodak Truper 3210, It is showing the error code 4721 it is not scaning but when switch on and off some time it is working.
can any one help me how to solve it?

I Replaced carrage unit but still same, Display show the Multi sensor error.

Go to service mode and take test page ymck after you cheak witch colour pattern indencity is not good replace that drum ass. if any colour indencity is not proper the pattern reading sensor output...

That is HDD Error

You cheak the CD unit lock rod is slite bend so the lock buse not up toner unit properly. Toner unit not closer to drum frount side.

Go to service mode -option-cassete -1to8 cheak .

ADF pcb have paper salection SW. and cheak the service mode-feeder-function seet A4 size.

Z Fold paper come from witch casset. That casset pickup assambly in side is onside rotate gear not rotate properly.Replace the gear.

It is 20 years for me.

This is TONER bottle frent and riear alinment bush damage. you take out toner hoper assambly and replace the bush on the bottle lock rade.

paper separation charge drop, cheak the transfer carona endblock.

Take out the pickup ass and clean all sensors and solinoid.

Take the copy with out sorter. The same problem continuve,clean the pickup clatch and registration clatch.

The colour drum unit seel open and touch the ITB.

First cheak the devoloper unit hvt bias volt.

cheak the sensor intraptor is proper posison.

you take HDD mp2250 and copy HDD.

Chek the FLASH ROM

first chek the devoloper unit. after Take out the ITB and clean belt and transfer rollers. clean laser unit also.

Go to service mode function clean magn dev ok after turn off/on

Have you rest programer? Take out the counter pcb and serial pcb than program it.

cheak the machine ip add

Have you irc3100 display? The touch screen is same.

Take out the cd unit and clean the toner and refill the new toner
