Thanks guys it was the hdd. Only thing is dev needs swapping in all units because non eom toners has knackered them up I presume. Can I use new dev in the old units or do I have to swap the full...

Will try hdd later also he is using generic toner and having fusing issues is there a code where I can put up fusing temperature ? also whats the procedure to update firmware? i have a 1gb sd card...

Hi I have a mpc 4500 that comes to ready but takes ages to get there. I have tried swapping the fuser and still the same? Anyone had this ?

No problem customer has reported this I havnt been out yet. I have a MPC4000 ITB Cleaning ASSY will this fit ? Or can I strip it down and use the parts on the 4500 one?
