When the customer scans a yellow invoice from the glass it is perfect color. When they scan it from the doc feed the color is pink

I have a customer that has 2 pro951 machines. One will freeze up when it is printing or scanning. I have not seen it in that condition but they tell me the touch screen and everything is locked up...

Color scans are perfect from the glass. The same yellow original scanned through the doc feed are pink.

yesterday this kyocera 5500i was working good but today none of their account codes will work.
