This is the bulletin about the pad and guide.
It is on Konicaminoltas website in SSD. Search solutions under DI550 and type in EDH-3. If I find the bulletin I will post it. I think thats where i found it the first time.
Also check and make sure the TCSB under the drum is clean. The sensors get dirty and the machine hangs.
Look in service manual under cleaner assembly.
Did you clean the gears on the brush drive motor? I had the same problem on a es723. Motor is behind the drum assembly. You can access it from the front. I cleaned these gears and problem was solved....
I had a 453 do the same thing. The cover on the inboard end block of the transfer/separation assembly got caught in the drum gear. I removed the cover and the message went away. I'm assuming it...
Make sure the gears on the drive motor assembly are clean. I've had this on a couple machines. Cleaned the teeth on the gears and the problem went away.
Is there a seperation pad in front of the seperation roller? If not, that needs to be installed. Konicaminolta had a bulletin on that a loooong time ago. Bulletin #3379. Pad # 4641-3521-01 and...
Check the plug on the fuser and the plug in the back of the machine for broken blades.
If the fax kit is installed, you will need to remove it first. Remove the back panel. On the left is a silver cover that has a fan at the bottom of the cover. Need to remove the fan first (four...
Yes you can. I installed a 500GB SATA in a bizhub 601 on Thursday.
The drum unit has two spacers that hold the drum tight. They have felt on them. I've had the felt come loose and get wedge between the drum and drum unit frame. Another idea would be the drum drive....
Need to know what area the machine shows. There are no jam codes for this machine.
Open the front door. Behind the front door and to the right, is a panel that is held on by one screw. Take the panel off. Inside is a circuit board. Press the button marked SW1. This will reset the...
Is the customer using OEM toner? I had the same problem. The customer was using toner that was bought at a office supply store. I replaced the developer and installed Konicaminolta toner. No problem...
I don't think you can change the type in service mode. IF I remember right, you turn machine off, hold the reset (maybe panel reset) and the no button while you turn the machine on. Hold these until...
I have replaced both interlock switches on the right door for this on machines before.
There was a retrofit for that problem. Konicaminolta had a bracket that you install to hold the imaging unit in place. It will lose the bias contact and dump developer out. Bulletin # 7370 and #...
I don't think it fits. There is something different, but I can't remember what it is. It doesn't slide in and fit against the drum.
Does it say to close the feeder? There is a magnet under the feeder at the front right that has to line up with a swith under the top cover of the machine. If you move the machine by pushing the...
Does it sound like something is running when it says warming up. If so, I would check the toner bottle. The machine will cycle the bottle looking for toner and display warming up while it does this....
Could it be an F21-05 fault?
Replacing the NVRAM is the only way I know of.
I've had the knife get bent by an operator that didn't program the job right. Tried to fold 25 cover stock at once instead of 25 sets. The knife was folded over in two places. This knife is pretty...
