Are u using C6500 charging units? They have a full black grip, sometimes C6501 type is used, what a white strip on de grip. They cause uneven color.
How far are drums (%?) Worn drums can cause...
Run some heavy large papers, with 100% black or color on it. It should clean the fuser.
But it;s okay to use alcohol on the belt.
Did you try lowering Separation DC/AC Front?
I have seen them cause trouble with duplex timing, so replace it. On 7000, nowadays i replace them with every new smart kit, installed.
And also check the coupler on the back, right side of the...
Under the fusers exit, there are 2 grey rollers and sensor flag, mounted in a black plastic plate.
Check the sensor flag, if it;s nice round tip has been worn flat, replace it. Causes timing...
I case it returns, try to clean the container, where you slide in the charging corona. Sometimes toner deposits cause short-circuit of corona. Vacuum, brush and wipe with alcolhol.
Could be some toner/dirt around the part holding the bk corona. This causes a short circuit during drum charging.
Are u sure it is the drum, not the fuser?
Maybe a hiccup in drum rotation?
Better you give the coupler, the one that activates the color tr. rollers, another half turn. Maybe that makes closing allot harder.
Sure + speed down & cpm down ofcoursem tried high and low temp settings also.
Not really just uncoated heavy stock
So after 50k pages, fuser unit starts to ghost copy on paper. Replacing the fuser belt helps, but after 50k the same problem returns. Customer had 2 fuser units, both the same, after 50k fuser belt...
Are the drums rotating smoothly, did u try all drums turning by hand?

Check the coupler in the back of the machine, the one...
Three halogen bulbs in the fuser belt, upper roller. One bulb in the lower roller. If one is broken of bad, fuser takes forever to heat up.
Also cooling air is blown through the lower roller,...
If you are replacing the developer, or whole unit. Remove all waste toner from the cleaning unit and recycle pipe. Otherwise dirt mixes with your fresh new developer.
b/w 5570 can be maintained with just a new cleaning web each 300000 pages and some cleaning

These are the...
All 6000 and 7000's i know have the same. The problem lies in the fact u cannot adjust the speeds the fuser uses to make a loop/arch between transfer en fuser during printing. The initial speed is to...
1070 has more gloss and improvements over the 7000, but also a few bugs. c1085 has 85cpm@350gr
1. Remove the sensor board left of the transferbelt/processunit and clean it. Remove the processunit from it's rail for easy access.
2. Transfer belt is not running smooth, caused by dirty inside...
So this 950 gave a dirty background en spilling on every page, cleaning unit was fine and spil was definitly coming from the developer unit area. Replaced the developer, althoug it has been replaced...
Is the Toner itself alright? Original or other brand, correct type, source, storage, for how long in the machine?
I don;t have a book, so i cannot tell which number. But i think that beneith the fuser exit, the black plastic guide with two gray rollers. In the middle there is a sensor flag/actuator and it's tip...
I noticed that thin paper curls around the fusing belt, never though it would be a static problem.
