Not sure why its not showing in cwis. But make sure in the driver configuration tab that the proper accessories are installed. (normally turn bi-directional setup on will do it)
Probably not your issue, but when printing to LPR make sure spool to HDD is turned on in printer settings (tech mode). Speeds it up a bit. I'd also try the PCL 6 driver, just a personal preference...

For me morning jams on those machines has more often then not been the solenoid in the interchange unit (above the fuser) sticking.
