Service mode - system2 - check if there's a consumable reminder button and see if it set to "ON" if it is, switch it to "OFF" and reboot. I've seen this fix the same problem with a C452 in the past.

Its not that hard, I've done it a few times myself. Only thing to watch out for is the muffler bearings and the pipe shaft.

normally the gear which drives the toner auger down the side of the transfer unit snaps off and causes this problem.
