You have a bad sensor or paper stuck somewhere blocking a sensor.The only other thing is maybe a wiring or dc controller problem.Good Luck

Problem is fixed. Flapper for the fuser was sticking in those rubber stops on each end.It was not moving freely.Thanks for the help.

Replace pot.control board,harness and sensor all at the same time.They are calibrated and must be installed together.

Hold 1,9 key down at same time and turn main power on.It will do a scan check.blocks will drop down and it takes about 15 mins.download done.repower copier. if that does not work replace hdd in back...
