hi i got a Kyocera 8000i thats works fine for the right tray , but if i want to use the left trays the copies jams in the exit section , specificaly the copies goes for the duplex not for the exit...

clean the ratch (inside the gear that moves exit roller) that moves the exit roller that will solve your problem . stepping motor and dc controller are not the problem
