I have had this on a c451 and it turned out to be the laser unit, covered it yellow on the entire page.

When C-E301 occur, and then C-E002 may occur after the machine rebooting or turning the main switch off and on.

which machine is the error code on as it doesn't say in the feed's.
behind the doctor blade in the dev , its a all in one unit so might be worth changing it, do you half tone test pages from lines in each colour.
try the toner pump that supplys the top of the dev unit, on the dev unit that black toner unit is fed by a pump< i had one fail at about 6 million prints so i guess your one is quite high.

remove both lasers , take the top off both and clean the polygon mirror with lint free cloth, also underside of the laser, be careful to get them back in correctly and have you removed the tub belt...
try the drum driver pcb and make sure you get the connectors back into the correct ports.

ON the 3rd tray if you look at the 3 gears there is one with a spring cluch in it, that cluch can slip out of position ( the pointed part comes out and spins).
I cut out a transparency just a bit...
I have had the same issue< on the black dev unit there is a cover that goes over the top of it, if this is missing i have had toner dusting ( black toner) going onto the main charge grid on the cyan...

I had the same issue< the gears on the tbu cleaner assy had locked up, vac out the toner and it came back again, only way to fix it was to change the tbu>

Have you tried to mark the magenta drum with a marker at the edge to see if the drum it turning\\9 drum drive unit)also your transfer belt unit is the charge roller coming down and touching...

looks like one of your process units has some muck behind the doctor blade, try running half tones test pages for lines on each colour.
