known fault temp measure turn off sleep mode via service mode and set to off in admin mode and download latest firmware

throws tup f1-19 but never ontest and can some times run for amonth without error resets sstraight away
any ideas

exit drive bushing wears out causing poor meshing to drive to exit ,you can temporarly make a repair by turning the bushing through 180degrees but as this quite a long job it is better to replace...

this is not an error code but a built in counter go in to service mode and clear supplies counter i.e ozone etc ,usually comes round about 60k

either a problem with the bias connection to the unit or a problem with hv board .are cyan and magenta okand are there any warnings or codes regestering

cheers mate u were right icp1 was blown on both boards . managed to replace icp1 ,which by the way also includes the black which i suspect is prime suspect for the fault as cyan is 1st to fire ,icp2...

is the test print ie gradiation pattern ok ,are there any warnings ie p codes

no fuser roller available ,suspect your customer was doing full bleed a3/a4 and did not set tray thick 2/3 wiich will slow dow down printer buy a new fuser section and advise customer on settings

fault is usally caused by transfer unit recycle unit blocking up and dropping toner down the right hand side dirtying detection switch.strip down transfer recyle unit ,vacuum out check for blockages...
