Pull the laserunit and clean it manualy. Useing the stick doesn't always work very well.

Developer is just the assy, if you allready tried a STIR' in the Servicemenu, replace the assy, if te coupling is FUBAR, you can order that seperatly...

Are you getting lines on copy and scans? If so, you'll have to solve the issue. Maybe the glass is damaged or scrached ?
Dirt on the scanner lid or roller underneatb may cause the msg also...

You mean you didn't even try cleaning yet ?
It's the thin glass strip (!) On you left when you open the scanner lid...
I explain them how to clean the glass once, if they fail and i have to come over for that, I charge them for it. :D
Be carefull with setting it to low, you might get lines in the scan w/o the msg ever displayed. Then they will call us to fix it and we wil have to drive off and clean the glass for them...
I'd run multiple copies of PG5 on each color, since it fades after a first good print. Oh, and I'd do the PG5 on A3...
Do you have lines on the copy ? Clean the glass. If not, clean the opposing roller and White strip on the bottom of the ADF lid. Spots make the msg come up too...
I've seen similar on a C5035, printing on A3 Glossy paper.
Temp. of the fuser dropped while printing, so first copies came out perfect, then fixing temp started dropping until it was to to low to...
I always do a color correction and Full gradation adjustment when I swap drums... And check if the copier has reset the counter... That's it...
