The back jogger rack gear is stripped out a few teeth where it moves for 11x8.5 making the staple miss a few sheets...

I assume work from the top down by removing the guides and shafts. Board ect..I ordered the jogger Assy. Looks held on by 2 screws in the parts diagram. [emoji31]

Thanks you got it dead on, now I know who makes these machines.. Interesting. Wonder how many more of the newer low end machines are actually made by kyocera... Or does kyocera rebadge them from...
The install instructions say you can remove the browser SD after install, but when I do the option disappears, do I and can I merge the browser card onto the pre-existing PS card?
Have a high pitch squeek only during paper feed, usually the Xf roller, but not this time, also tried feed roller /Sep and oiled every thing in sight.??
It's the #1 issue with these series either wire brush off the mag roller or replace the entire Dev. unit.
