    It's not just one machine but small fleet of SP5300 and MP501s. Roughly - meter counts on those between 150 and 200k at the moment.

    I can suggest you to try 675756 to go service mode, if software on machine is somehow related with PRISMAsync software. Just guessing. But it's really looks like Minolta though.
