Hi, sounds like a transfer/seperation HVT problem. Try replaicing transfer seperation corona unit, or just the blocks. If no help, replace the HVT unit.
If you need help with parts, let me know.

yes I am reseting using sp5-810, haw can you have to much oil in the oil supply unit?

Yes oil is in and the sensor is pluged in. I used Ricoh FT type silicon oil.

I added Ricoh FT silicon oil to Gestetner DSC 224, I am unable to reset the out of oil code

Machine prints and copies fine, but when fax comes in it prints only portion of the fax on the top of the page and gos back to ready. No errors are shown and fax log shows fax completed. Fax test...
