Yes already done this, new duplex rollers and bearings, but if clutch I described is worn also (Dup motor starts quickly) and noise will come again.

I had same problem: So You have to clean all bearings where belt is running and also duplex rolls bearings. Dont add any lubricant (excess toner, paperdust). There may be problem that duplex...

Duplex belt is jumping beacause teethpulley on mainsahft is worn, so partlist gives no part. nr. Only order upper chute assembly. Does someone knows partnr. for pulley/clutch also? PL.4.5...
