Thanks for this, was a similar issue where upper limit was not blocked, rack gear system was binding and not dropping down far enough when tray inserted. Many Thanks!!

Yes the red screws come on replacement fusers with no instructions to remove them, had similar issues with both screws in causing poor fusing.
Thanks for the KISS, had a warming up issue after a...
Had same issue just now, checked power to SD506, A/C plug seemed loose and it is in a hallway between 2 machines so easily knocked out. After pushing in the plug and open/close of SD506 it came...
Yes, triple checked the blade position. cleaned the connectors, added 2 screws to hold process unit snug. Will wait and see.
Do you mean the waste toner port that mates with the cleaning unit when the process unit is engaged? I see a screw above in plastic, one below on a metal plate and an E-ring on the shaft?
Mine is doing it with a new blade unit installed. Replaced unit due to codes, still codes, reboot and it prints again. I see nothing physically wrong however have just ordered the new style blade...
Any resolution on this? Fighting C2206/2238 on a 951, replaced blade assy, coded again.inspecting and cleaning out the pipe but doesn't seem clogged in rear of machine.
Had similar on a C7000 where I did not plug the black charger in all the way....drove me crazy with codes.
Very helpful, manual is lacking as usual. I had installed a new HDD and OS but after many reboots and lockups it is at AA....reinstalling now. Still on 03 but I'm sure it will be OK. Some kind of...
ouch! Did ya friggin fixit?
I have a MX5111n with similar issues, APPD1_N jams, had broken solenoid lever, today found the rbx unit and the beige guide on top of the machine. Put it all together...
This solved my problem. New TX belt unit, same code. Cleaned sensors. No code even after repeat door open/close. Thanks a bunch!
Resolved. Was a blown fuse (FU3) on the Main Driver PCB, thanks to Canon tech support for the additional check for this.
Likely was due to pinched wire for web solenoid when the front fuser cover...
Hi there, any resolution to this? having the same exact issue. rebuilt fuser and following day this code appeared. Fuser swapped to identical machine and is running fine. clearly a machine fault. Any...
Oh ya, been a while since I worked on this model, I recall the blade setting method now. Right you are, works well too.
I agree with toner, the BH600 should have enough flying around the drum cavity to lube itself! Otherwise any powder should work I suppose. I don't have any but do have yellow toner that came with a...
Some feedback on my 2 machines, turned out to be faulty IU's, one black and one yellow. Didn't think it would be as never seen it happen like this but won't dismiss it as a possibility next time.
Sorry for the late response....part # 20 on the -exit-.jpg! Although I recently replaced a new machine that was jamming all over the right hand side including this phenomenon as well. May have been a...
Have a look below. This is from a PC-210 parts guide.

Hi Folks, on a related note, we have 2 barely used C3110's (same cust, diff locations) that are showing "Install Imaging Unit K". One machine started a month or so ago, haven't fixed it yet due to...
This worked for me on a C364e with PC-410, same issue. I had a sheet of mylar but no washers. Mylar works perfectly. Now I have many washers!
;)
Check out HoonBoy's post on page 1 of this thread. He supplied the part number. There was a KM online course for improvements that listed the part number. Not in the parts guide.
I can confirm the part number as A64J815500, holding a bag of 6 right now.

Colin
Never had issues updating, perhaps USB is disabled in admin mode?
Yes this is exactly it. Worked in my case.
Service mode and admin mode are very lean via the panel. More functions via web on this series.
