Its giving jam code 18 I've replaced feed rollers tray 2 sensor works replaced frim are is uptodate trayb1&3&4 work with out any jams but only tray2 jams so that would rule out motor any ideas

You should of bought an ez220 there a lot newer and easier to get parts for....
Amazon and eBay would most likely be best since there all gonna b used parts

The motor will run in service mode the tray will go all the way down and all the way back up and the firmware is up dated when I replaced the pwb
But when they run a job the tray will go down...
Its the bigger finisher the code is motor lift tray I've replaced the motor and code came back so I replaced the pwb for the finisher and the code is still coming back what else can I do
