its in the second slot (counting from the ground),if i put it in the other slot it gives "adress book data error".

somehow the option to scan via smb to folder has appeared under machine scan button but still not on the web page and i can't create the proper account,i scan scan only if i send manually from the...

done the reset things, still the same problem,
checked the back plate-its 161SPF.

Any other ideas?

The print option is working ,i can print with no problems, also in the service mode menu the all for options appear copy,print,scan ,fax.
