I suspected the black DV drive section may be the clutch cause this problem, DV unit is loosing developer cause zebra looking on copies. the back of machine look confusing.

The front left of platen is sagging, Either lift front left corner of platen by hand ( just a jerk movement ) or used Pry bar to lift it. I always have an 12" pry bar in my tool case.

You might need post script installed in copier to work with Mac.

Thanks all for your feed back. I cleared scanner memory, Scanning worked fine with multi pages now.

Customer said he and IT guy could not figure out the cause with above suggestion. They gave up and want me to solve. I have talked with this IT guy 1 time before, he seemed to be an impatient tech.

I had a MP.2500, Scan to email will scan 18 pages file but with 19 pages or more , copier display message the scan exceeded it capacity, it will not send. what can I do ?

Once a while original had 1 portion of lead edge pinched and jammed at ADF glass. I checked for burr at white plate, all smooth. The pinched toward lead edge image side of original. I am confused.
