It seems like the Drum unit is overcharging and taking to much developer from DV Unit. You should replace Drum Unit and developer, not the DV Unit.

I have the exact same issue on a MX-M654N, have changed fuser, fuser drive motor and gear and the PCU PWB Card, without fixing the issue

Yes i changed 3 thermostats and both thermistors, didnt miss any of those. But i do think i have an MX-510FU
in the 4112N so the problem might fix itself if i order a new MX-410FU. I shall also...

The fuser does not heat up after themachine has been turned on for more than an hour.
Still it does not work to upgrade firmware or use fuser trouble cancellation simulation

I changed developer in all dev units, ran the 25-02 Sim, all ok.
After that i had to check the 50-22 sim, all were on NG, then i adjusted the Skew's and i get the error Sub_data_y_f_1st 40
