try scan to pc using adf and platen glass. see got line or not. if still got, try copy using platen glass, see the light is on or not during copy.

yup. currently i set scan program for this user. just wonder why only this mc don't have scanner setting on web image monitor. other mc same model got no problem.

hi all. currently i have 1 problem with scanning on mpc 2500. all scan setting already set to server. but, the default scan format is TIFF. customer request me to change to PDF multi as default....

firmware list in that example is part by part right ? mean that if got panel problem, i just need update firmware for panel only right ? is it ? we already change the hardware to see either problem...
