    It's not the toner that's running. It's the pre-printed letter head graphics that once they hit the fuser they smear on the paper.

    i have tried a few heavier paper settings but nothing seems to do anything. I was about to try maybe transparency paper settings. Maybe the fuser doesn't get as hot on that setting?

    Is it possible to adjust the temperature on this model either on the machine its self or via driver?

    I just put the old developer back in and ran 140 prints before the text started to fade again. Could this possibly be the motor that turns the toner in to the machine?
