I encountered a couple of times this problem due to a sensor inside the drive unit

First of all goto maintenance mode run item U150 and confirm both 'container set' and 'container sensor' working...

you r right..actually that machine was in contract with spare parts...to change the laser unit would cost more than contract amount..

make sure that the user authentication is off....try to clear all account data

I got the same code about 8 months ago..it takes about 2 weeks to find the problem.it was due to laser unit.remove the laser unit and clean it,especially the edges of the polygon motor .

Its probebly due to multi paper feed at a time .check the seperation...

When replacing the BICU, remove the NVRAM [D] from the board. Install the

The pick up solenoid on and off timing depends on trailing edge detection by the paper feed sensor.I thing paper feed sensor of your machine causing this problem.This sensor also controls the paper...

change MFP Board and check.while putting new MFPB use the parameter chip(U16) of the old board

check the connections between MFB and laser unit

try to change drum unit and developer together...
