I know this is an old thread, but according to uniFLOW, the MiCard V2 only reads HID prox cards..

Is anyone using uniFLOW in a mixed HID Prox environment? I am have a few issues, mainly some 35bit users are being badged in as another 26bit user.

Any advice?

Currently using MiCard v2, but...

I have always added the prefix manually, they are saying the MFP adds the prefix for them.. One of the models they are using is a iR-ADV 6255.

Is there some where in the service menu / web interface where a fax prefix can be set? Some of our users are saying that a printer is prefixing all fax jobs with an 8, and this needs to be removed,...

I actually want to change the snmp community strings, LDAP settings, etc..

It appears this cant be done?

I know i can change the name, location, etc..

Does PC Prox allow windows to use the card reader?

We are also using uniFLOW and the miCards, but sometimes users have fat fingers and cant login to register their badge.. Without the admin staff...
