This is what I do with some T120's. Unplug the plotter when the carriage is in the middle, remove the printhead, then plug the plotter back in. I let it tell me to install the printhead.

Sometimes on the T120/T520, I have had to unplug the power cord with the carriage in the middle to get the printhead out. I couldn't start the procedure from the control panel. It would only...
I've been working on plotters for many, many years now and I've always followed the procedures for things like replacing printheads and ink cartridges.
Meaning, starting the procedure from the...
I could have at one point, but, I haven't had access to WISE in MANY years.
Sorry, wav.
So, an update.....
Went back today with another LVPS. The printer was indeed not powering on.
I checked some voltages and all seemed okay. I didn't do ANYTHING to the printer and once I...
Luckily, HP (through my supplier) did warranty the first one. My supplier told me HP didn't want the faulty one back.
Not sure if they will warranty another one, though.
I can try that as that...
Strange issue. Kinda at a loss.
Replaced an LVPS due to no power. Worked great for a month.
Customer placed another call for no power. Figured I got a bad power supply. Replaced the LVPS...
This should be helpful.

Here's the PSU I received. Exactly what I purchased. I moved over the cable stay and used a cable tie to keep the molex contained.
I opened mine too. Nothing looked wrong, but, checked for shorts using the ATX connector. The 5-volt rail on mine is shorted.
I was thinking about stripping out the PSU, but, it is SO dense,...
Should be. 180W is what I took out. I've been supporting this customers setup (T1100 plotter and T1100 MFP) since 2004. We lost this account YEARS ago, but, they still call me to repair their...
What power supply did you install? I researched, took measurements of my power supply and found almost the same, but, never really found a NEW PSU that would fit. I ended up finding an "exact"...
ANYTHING stuck in the paper delivery assembly?
Check the right door. I've had a scrap of paper stuck in the right-door that I couldn't see unless I kinda removed parts attached to it.
Having issues with a T1100 MFP Panel PC here. No power.
Ordered from LPS. Got the wrong power supply TWICE. Can't recommend LPS for Panel PC issues.
Like Kiran said, though, the Panel PC is...
Thanks wav.
I looked at the parts breakdown and ordered the PSU from LPS.
Kinda being lazy here, but, the PC attached to my customers T1100 won't turn on.
Does anyone have the part number for the power supply?
LPS?
Thank you and sorry for being lazy. :(
This is ringing a bell in my head. I'm pretty sure, if I remember, I had a similar issue on an X363 connected via USB. Not sure if it would be the same for the 464, though. I downloaded the FULL...
Latest firmware?
I've had similar issues with M60x models on a certain revision of firmware (can't remember which). I would go to print the Configuration Page from the Administration menu and it...
Go into the Printing Menu and check the MANUAL FEED option. Is it turned ON or OFF (default)?
If it's turned on, the printer will ALWAYS try feeding from the manual feed tray first.
The MX410de comes standard with a 250S Tray 1. Optional 250 or 550 trays can be added, but, the default Tray 1 is 250.
Have the pick rolls been replaced? Can't remember if these rollers need to be installed in "the correct orientation", or not. Can't remember if this model has those type of rollers.
Aligning the main drive assembly is simple. It's in the service manual how to do it.
Absolutely correct!!
My first 59.F0 WAS on a 3525 and I took it on over two days. When I'm not familiar with a procedure, I go VERY slowly and take MANY, MANY pictures.
The last fuser drive...
This repair isn't for the faint of heart. If you aren't VERY experienced in printer repair, I wouldn't try repairing a CP3525/CP4525 with a 59.F0 error.
60 errors are lifting assembly errors.
Is there any paper or debris blocking the lifting assemblies?
If not, replace the lift motors.
You can see them if you remove the trays and look at the...
