I agree with Jummamaster. Check hot roller bearing ring, be sure it in place.

I have the same wrinkle problem, when try print to envelope. I did talked to Ricoh Tech Support, they have recommended to get envelope with smaller flap.

Yes, I have check the PS, even got a different one. I did print out the configuration page to verify, and it shows PS3.

I am working on Ricoh 3045 with SC322. I noticed copier function and scan feature are working fine. Only when you try to print or machine try to print out fax confirmation, it show a red wrench SC322.

Check the adf lift sensor or paper tray end sensor, either one it just out of position.

Go to user tool/general setting , change email size to 50mb. Then, go to scan feature turn off email size and devide setting.

Ricoh has upgraded the dev unit sleeve, and new part # D0092301.

Check tray position sensor, one time I found it got knocked out just a tad. Good Luck!
