It shows not acceptable.
Kindly advise me the setting to fix the blue ink in the Riso original black drum.

My copier detects A3 in Auto document feeder.

Every time, have to select manually to A4, More over most of the time while closing feeder beep sounds as if it is not closed properly.

Drum cycling gears are modified in the drum unit. Hv you replaced with new set of gears.? Previously nylon gears. now it is a black gear. pl change all the gears .

Did you notice starter spillage near the gears..Change development unit gears with set of bushes it may worn out.....frequently.

Yes it is heater section Low fusing temperature..
Normally resetting procedure in Minolta is just open the front door and close or swith OFF and ON But
Bizhub reset procedure...

Remove the paper jam in the heater section, then reset.

Thanks for the post, I found there is no obstruction of mylar, I ve already fed thick sheet and cleared the path.
It takes the primary feed then it stops in the glass.
Any sensor can be suspected?...

Could you try to reheat the 250GSM blank paper and then copying it?
May be rarely used 250 gsm paper which is moistred.
Is it glossy? or rough surface of 250 gsm?

R u using the correct specified model original toner? R u using fresh paper? Then, hv you changed the developer with fresh toner? pl check and confirm.
