Fuser costs upwards of 1200 bucks and probably is due to be replaced.

Try spacing out the connector on the fuser unit. It is the one with ac and dc lines and connects with a floating plug in the machine frame.

I usually have to replace the drum/itb drive assy to correct this problem.
