Thanks for the information. I did recommendations step by step and the ATR error went away. Now I am getting a 020-03b1 error after I ran 20 copies.

Troubleshooting codes. First got 018-0413. swapped cyan with black then got 018-0313. Got new developer rail assembly and code is gone but now get code: 020-0385.

Don't know if this post went through previously but I the switch and got the code e000018-313-5. So am I correct to assume that this would confirm that it followed from the Black to the Cyan?

So Now I get the code E000018-0313-5, I guess this is the fact that I changed from K to C positions.

Is there a way to test the motor before installing to see if it is working?

Will try switching. It is an Imagepress.
