Setting up scanning to the document box or to a flash drive would be best. Setting up scan to email can be a headache in itself especially if the customer is using a third party to host their email.

I would suggest using psmtp.gawab.com instead of the IP address. I just pinged psmtp.gawab.com and got a different IP than what you've posted.
