paper orientation could be the factor there, cause if you're running 8 1/2 x 11R it would not pass along the whole length of the guide. i have gotten this problem so many times already.

he said when he changes paper orientation the problem is gone, so depending where the toner build is or which probe is broken it can still be a fuser problem. don't get me wrong i am not dismissing...

check for toner build up on fuser entrance guide and also the small tips on the guide can break causing creasing.
