Hey everyone,

A client of ours has a HP LaserJet 4250 and sometimes when she prints a job the printer will pull from tray 2 and 3 at the same time and jam.
The error code displayed is 13.02.00...

Here is my instruction I made for myself. It's a little sloppy but I haven't the time to edit for you but I'm sure you can figure out the issue by reading thru this.

Final UPDATE:

All fixed now. The problem ended up being the DC Controller board.
If anyone else runs into this issue be sure to follow the instruction for replacing it in your service manual as...

I have replaced the solenoid, paper lift motor and the clutch assembly. The problem is still happening. Any more ideas are appreciated thanks.
