Check to see if there is a paperclip on the board inside the doc feeder, sounds dumb, but it's happened to me twice.
Take off the lid that has the 1 screw, most likely something jammed up in there with the feed rollers. These doc feeders are really easy to disassemble once you get the front and back covers off! I...
I would almost guarantee it's a faulty SD card
Problem
MFP may stop at 2 bars, 4 bars or KM logo.
Solution
CAUSE: Poor communication between MFPB and other components "Finisher, Network and fax cables, DSIPB, HDD and PRCB".
SOLUTION: ...
Clean the black rubber roller that the sensor is facing, it gets heavily saturated with paper dust.
ADF height may be off
Turned out to be the CCD
This started about 6 months ago intermittently, and was noticed when scanning to PC. As of now, it is constant. Every single copy or scan, color as well. As far as "white plate adjust" and other...
Attached is a sample of the problem. Internal prints are fine. This happens on platen as well. Cleaned optics and reseated connections at scanner board, no difference.
Yup, exactly, pretty ,much any feed issues with those machines point back to that feed unit
I had that problem before, but I was ale to get into the web interface and update FW. And it fixed the issue.
Pull tray 1 feed section and clean the entire thing, pull PS unit and clean the sensor behind that assembly as well. Most of the time I've run into this is when the sensors in tray 1 feed assy get...
This is what I found, take it with a grain of salt :p (unless you've found it already)
DHAI-5396FCPZ DL Harness
Hey Ditchman, what harnass did you replace, I'm having the same problem. Was it DHAI-4095FCPZ?
Oddly enough....had the same exact issue constantly on a couple of 402SC's. Had replaced torque limiters and rollers, customer kept calling back with multifeed. Went for a hail mary and replaced the...
You can always check sim 22-13 if you aren't sure, show's you the remaining life %'s
Oh man....I feel for you, had to replace all these awhile back, NOT fun!! And I did it before they came out with the instructions on the bulletin . But have not had any problems since, so there...
Yes, switch only the right side, keep the left as it was. Make sure to switch it back once you're done.
I haven't done it on any of the newer models, but there is nothing in the sim modes, so that has to be the way! Let us know how it goes
Not 100% certain, and couldn't find anything in the manual. But today's increased security on everything....pretty sure there is a dip switch on the mfp board that you can flip, reboot, and have PW...
Have had some issues like this, that particular customer likes to store their toners vertical  literally have to bang the toner on the ground to break up the rock that has formed in the...
If you run into this issue, run around 25 or so copies, open up the fuser guide and see if it's accumulated moisture on the edge. Damp paper (even from a new ream) has been my issue with this exact...
Ok...so mine ended up being one of the heater lamps. Visually both lamps were on when you cheat the doors. But if you pull one connector and check continuity you will most likely find one is bad like...
I have a 951 I've been wrestling with, SAME EXACT issue, toner stuck to web and heat roller. Confirmed motor rotation in I\O, web advances there, and seems to be advancing in small increments in...
