when i in counter light copies and all is good and clean
i lower my primary wires

the energy saver light is pulsating and i believe is your main controller

Clean itb or itb replace or change your registration patches sensor

"COPIER (LEVEL2)> OPTION> FNC-SW> JM-ERR-D" to "1", try this

it might work temporary it might need hdd
if booting up take long and freezing hdd and software

replace itb unit will solve your problem

canon ir c3380 is the itb unit needs to be replaced

replace itb unit and no more drum issues

have you reinstall the 2 lever sensors back on the copier..?
