    Firstly, suspected pcdu, swapped with working pcdu, still the same. Tried pcdu reset.
    Fitted 2 new connetors, as tend to bend when forced.
    Suspect bicu now, unless anyone had this.

    Update, all ok for now suspect the aluminium ITB roller just above Yellow PCDU, bearings were a little stiff and causing belt to stall and touch drum.

    Would doubt you can overide exit switch for safety purposes as close to fuser etc. move the device
