Clean your vertical rollers on the side. I remove the doors and clean the machine rollers and the door rollers plus pop them off and check and tug on the springs a bit.

ES5005 everything you print or copy more than 1 copy it will feed the first sheet but the second (& on) will never leave the tray(s) it will time out with a F550 jam code no paper leaves the drawers...
check the main board on the side it has springs on it for each color I have seen these springs move in shipment or delivery and cause drums to void out.
you will probally find the black not making...
