Machine will print portrait but in landscape paper leaves main unit gets halfway into the interface module and stops. Not sure which sensor I need to check. Any ideas.

Xerox 700 will print through the finishers portrait, but not landscape. When printing landscape, the paper will halfway enter the interface module and stop before the rollers will pick up. Not sure...

Did you find a tech in this area that would help?
