It has been a while since I have worked on a crusty old Di850 but there should be a tray size adjustment in the service mode.
I would replace item 5 and 6 also.

Make sure you are at at the correct function version. I believe it is version 2.0 for the latest firmware.
Make sure the grounding tabs are touching the PCC corona. You can also try taking the PCC corona out of the machine and see if you get the same result. Check the springs on the drum separator claws.
Try changing SW Dip Switch 25 to 00. Make a note of what it was set at before you change it so you can change it back if that does not work.
Press Utility, Check consumable life and replace any items that are at end of life. Clean print head windows and rerun calibration.
I think there are some issues with the G00-7B firmware. Try loading G00-45 and then upgrade to the latest version.

Another problem with the X4 firmware is the machine freezes up when you try do do Bizhub Secure. I would downgrade to W5 to do Bizhub Secure.

The procedure for replacing the scanner cable is located on Page 420 of the latest solution guide. You might want to clue in SSD when you close your ticket.
Go into service mode and press the oil can symbol in the upper left corner if there is one and see what codes it is displaying.
It's not likely causing your problem but if you have not upgraded the firmware to G00-45 it would be a good idea. Do not enable Bizhub Secure or V-care without upgrading.
