I'd prefer using smb rather than ftp.
By the looks of it seems to be your ftp input settings is incorrect, try checking it again, folder path, login details, etc..

Had that issue once. Thought it was a HDD or firmware issue but it wasnt. Turned out to be an OP panel issue. Replaced it with an alternative which finally solved the issue...

Suggest you don't. Better find a another brand. They were quite good intially but ever since HP acquired them. It has caused alot of problems: parts, consumables, orders, etc, etc....

Managed to finally fix the issue. Had to reset the User system settings:

Intialize NVM > sys-USER

Solved the whole problem. Surprised that it was that simple..lol

Its probably a HDD issue. Should try replacing the HDD then do a full recovery. Had this once with the 8230. Replaced the HDD and now its up and running.

By the looks of it could be that your Airprint app needs updating. Or you could try reinstalling the app on your apple device.

The X3220NR does support labels. The cassette tray does not support it but rather the multipurpose tray does. I have attached an extract of the page from the SM about the types of media the machine...

Or what I usually do is you can try wiping some oil on the rubber, then leave it for a while and then wiping it off with a cloth. Makes the rubber tacky again.

You might wanna try checking the solenoid and the feed sensor.
