Is there a Black image at all? Is there any image on the drums when doing a stop jam? IF there is an image on the drum, is there an image on the 1st transfer?
Got to watch out for the cork pad in the tray. If the paper is too tight against the rear endfence, it wont pop up to touch the feed roller. Just a thought.

Looks like it would be CN3 on the SCN CNT PWB. The parts manual isn't clear, as you have stated. You may have to call sharp, and have one of the guys help you. Are you a sharp dealer?
